- The Pistons are on a mission to remain a top team in the Eastern Conference. Cade Cunningham looks to establish himself as a top point guard in the league.
- Jalen Brunson, coming off a Finals MVP, is trying to drive the Knicks back to the Finals, but they will need to avoid a Championship hangover.
Kings vs Spurs, 8:00 pm ET
- San Antonio, TX
- The most intriguing question about the Kings in this game is how much Darrius Acuff Jr. will shoot. His team already seems a bit frustrated with him, but that also could be Domantas Sabonis’ way of getting out of Sacramento.
- The Spurs have struggled through their first couple of games. For a team coming off losing in the NBA Finals, they will need to find the drive and hunger.
Trail Blazers vs Lakers, 11:00 pm ET
- Los Angeles, CA
- Portland is looking to figure out how to incorporate all of the guards into their rotation. Damian Lillard is back, and Deni Avdija took a huge step forward last year, now Ja Morant is here too. Can they make it work?
- Luka Dončić put up the first 50-point game in the NBA this season. What will he do in the follow-up performance for the Lakers here?
